1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account, subscribing to a paid plan, or otherwise using Find & Resell (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Find & Resell scans public listings on Vinted for the search criteria you configure, estimates a market price for each listing from comparable recent sales, and evaluates each one as BUY, REVIEW, or PASS. It sends you the result — by Telegram and on your dashboard — so you can decide whether to act on it. Find & Resell never contacts sellers, negotiates, purchases, or lists items on your behalf; every buying decision and every action on Vinted is yours alone.

3. User accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials (email/password, or your connected Google account) confidential, and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep it up to date.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Access to scanning beyond any free/trial allowance requires an active paid subscription on one of the published plans (Starter, Pro, Business). Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe, our payment processor. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change for future billing periods with reasonable notice; changes never apply retroactively to a period you've already paid for.

5. Trial

Find & Resell does not currently offer a free trial period; every paid plan begins billing immediately at checkout unless stated otherwise on the pricing page at the time you subscribe. If a trial is introduced in the future, its specific terms (length, what happens at its end) will be disclosed at signup and will supersede this section for that offer.

6. Payments and renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period at the then-current price for your plan, using the payment method on file with Stripe, until you cancel. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe will retry it automatically; if payment cannot be collected after Stripe's retry schedule is exhausted, your subscription status moves to past-due and then canceled, and scanning stops until the subscription is reactivated. You can update your payment method at any time from the Stripe-hosted Billing Portal, reachable from your account page.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing Portal (accessible from your account page) — there is no phone call, email, or waiting period required. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access until then, and you will not be charged again afterward.

8. Refund policy

Charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, since the Service runs continuously on your behalf for that period. If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a failed cancellation or a duplicate charge), contact us at [support contact email — to be added] and we will review it in good faith. Refunds, when granted, are issued to the original payment method through Stripe.

9. Responsible use of the Service

You agree not to: use the Service to violate Vinted's own terms of service; attempt to circumvent any rate limiting, security control, or access restriction of the Service; share your account with people outside your own business; use the Service for any unlawful purpose; or attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service itself. We may suspend or terminate access for a violation of this section (see Section 15).

10. Marketplace data and third-party services

Find & Resell reads publicly visible Vinted listing data — the same information any visitor could see browsing Vinted directly — to power its scanning and pricing. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Vinted. Vinted's own availability, layout, or policies can change at any time and are entirely outside our control; the Service depends on Vinted remaining reachable and its data remaining in a compatible shape. Payment processing is provided by Stripe, and account messaging is delivered via Telegram — your use of those third-party services is separately governed by their own terms.

11. Limitations and availability

We aim for reliable, continuous scanning, but the Service is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis, not a guaranteed-uptime one. Scanning frequency, listing coverage, and alert speed depend on your plan's entitlements and on Vinted's own availability and rate limits. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, or affected by factors outside our control (Vinted downtime or blocking, Telegram outages, Stripe outages).

12. Accuracy disclaimer — prices, profit, valuation, and deal scores

Every market-price estimate, profit calculation, risk score, and BUY/REVIEW/PASS evaluation the Service produces is an automated estimate based on recent comparable listings, not a guarantee of resale value, condition, authenticity, or profit. Actual resale prices, demand, item condition, and outcomes can differ materially from any estimate. We make no warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any price, score, or evaluation shown.

13. Your responsibility for purchase decisions

Find & Resell is a decision-support tool, not a broker or agent. You are solely responsible for every purchase, negotiation, or sale you make on Vinted or elsewhere, including verifying the listing, the seller, and the item yourself before buying. We are not a party to any transaction between you and a Vinted seller, and we bear no responsibility for the outcome of any purchase made using information from the Service.

14. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and the Find & Resell name and mark, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the Service for your own reselling activity — nothing here transfers ownership of the Service to you, and you may not copy, resell, or create derivative products from it.

15. Suspension and account termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, with notice where reasonably practical, for a material violation of Section 9, non-payment (Section 6), fraudulent or abusive use, or a legal requirement to do so. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription (Section 7) at any time. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; provisions that by their nature should survive (including Sections 8, 11, 12, 13, 14, 16) continue to apply.

16. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Find & Resell and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profit, revenue, or resale opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service — including any decision made in reliance on a price estimate, deal score, or evaluation (see Section 12). Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect a new feature, a regulatory requirement, or a change in how billing works. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date; for a material change, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers (by email or Telegram) before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
